Business travellers have individual needs that reflect the nature of the travel they undertake, but also the necessity for flexibility and fluidity with their travel arrangements. If you happen to nail the deal in Manila but it now hinges on meeting the CEO of your new best business partner in Singapore then so be it…it’s off to Singapore we go.
Whilst we cannot cover a change of flight plans or accommodation based on your shifting business activities we can certainly offer products flexible enough to allow you to extend your trip duration and follow you around the world, so no matter where the deal is going down you know your travel insurance won’t hold you back or slow you down.
We know you travel light but the tools of your trade are often quite valuable which is why we don’t skimp on the luggage and personal effects limits. Instead we offer some of the best levels of cover and certainly it is usually enough to cover the replacement cost of most personal computers, smartphones videos or cameras. In the unlikely event you don’t think our overly generous included limits don’t meet your needs, you can also purchase extra cover for additional valuables or specified items.
We know that mixing business and pleasure is a taboo subject but we also understand that with busy schedules often the only break you may be able to enjoy is tacked onto the end of a business trip, and this is why we offer all the great features and benefits to you with the Executive International travel plan for your business travel but we also push the envelope and allow you to enjoy these benefits for the personal component of a trip, provided the main reason for the initial travel is for business and not the other way around. If you intend to take the kids along for the ride, provided they are under 21 and financially dependant on you for the duration, they can be added to your policy at the time of purchase. This ones on us. They are included free of charge.
Eligibility
The Executive International travel plan is only available to residents of new Zealand who are under 70 years of age at the time the trip commences as shown on the certificate of insurance, and if you are over 60 years of age your policy may be subject to special pricing and conditions.
Cover is available under this policy for some Existing Medical Conditions free of charge, whilst others may be covered for an additional premium, excess or terms of travel. Existing Medical Conditions must be declared before your trip commences and must be authorised before cover can be provided.
As always we recommend that you carefully read the Policy Wording and consider all other information available before deciding which policy to take out.
